Foundry plans are software subscriptions. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and if a charge looks wrong, email us so we can review it.
Digital Subscription Charges
Foundry is a software subscription. Payments for paid plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Your paid access stays active until the end of the current billing term, and you will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
Billing Errors
If you think you were charged in error, email hello@foundry.page and include the account email plus the invoice or receipt details. We will review the issue and respond as quickly as we can.
